I've been working with Jeff's team at 180 Marketing for almost a year now. They have been a solid partner in filling out some marketing gaps we have in regards to SEO.
They helped us (re) develop a SEO strategy with a strong content and marketing outreach aspect. Over time we've taken over most of the content pieces and brought them in house, while refocusing 180 on marketing outreach and building assets focused on linkbuilding.
They have been great and super responsive with scheduled calls every other week. They also recently helped us with a website migration from Magento 1 to Magento 2, helping make sure all of our ducks were in a row from a SEO technical standpoint.
They have been very responsive to structuring their plans to exactly what we need. While they have strong core competencies, they still individualize each site's SEO strategy - it's not a "cookie cutter" approach.

In the fall of 2015, our traffic started to drop substantially. We hired 180marketing in Dec 2015, and the results were amazing. Within 6 months our traffic was back to normal and even increased compared to the year prior. Within 6 months, they delivered a 33% increase in keyword rankings and a 71% increase in the number of linking website.
Before hiring 180marketing, I set up a meeting to review their services & capabilities, and Jeff came to the meeting with a big presentation with actionable items specifically for my business. 180marketing had spent time researching my business before I was even a client. I decided to seek SEO help when after listening to a podcast that pointed out how many E-Com companies will spend a fortune on PPC because of the immediate return, but are reluctant to invest in SEO because it can take a long long time to see results. We had been seeing a slow, but steady decline in organic traffic and I wanted to see if we could turn that around.
We did. In the short time that I've been working with Jeff our organic traffic is up 49% YOY. We're ranking on the first page (many keywords are in the #1 or #2 spot) for keywords that I never even thought we should try to rank for because they're so competitive. In many cases the only sites ranking above us are huge brands like Amazon & Walmart.
